About
Hey, I’m Justin
I’ve been fortunate to coach across multiple levels in Minnesota — most recently as the assistant coach for the varsity boys’ team at Bloomington Jefferson High School and the 18-1 boys at Northern Lights. I also served as the Technical Coordinator for the University of St. Thomas women’s team last season, and I’ll be joining Concordia–St. Paul as an assistant coach this upcoming year. I played collegiately at Rutgers University and care deeply about giving back to the sport — my goal with VolleyJobs is to help volleyball enthusiasts connect with the right opportunities and support programs in finding the people they need to thrive.
My Mission
To bring Minnesota’s volleyball community together by making it easier to discover and share coaching, officiating, and support opportunities — all in one simple, no-hassle platform.
My Vision
To strengthen the volleyball ecosystem in Minnesota by making it easier for schools, clubs, and organizations to find passionate, qualified people — and for those people to discover meaningful roles in the game they love. Eventually, I hope to expand the platform to support other communities and sports too.
Why I Built This
I’ve seen too many roles go unfilled or posted in places where the right people never see them. As a coach and player, I know how important it is to have the right staff in place — and how frustrating it is when you don’t. I wanted to create something that actually works for the people doing the work.
